Advance Notice Required
Paying Your deposit means you AGREE to ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS!
To secure your spot, you MUST pay 50% of your total which will be NON-REFUNDABLE. If you do not pay the 50% deposit, your spot is NOT SECURE and can be taken.
You MAY NOT change anything on your invoice once it is SENT.

Rush Order-Advance Notice Required
We understand that sometimes life calls for a last-minute celebration! To help us serve you best, please note the following Rush Order Policy:
⚠️ RUSH ORDERS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 7 days NOTICE.
Orders placed with less than 7 days notice are considered rush orders.
Rush orders are subject to design limitations and availability.
A rush fee will be applied to cover expedited preparation and scheduling.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all rush orders.
For best results and the full range of customization options, we recommend placing your cake order at least 5–7 days in advance.

Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all custom orders.
You MUST be PAID IN FULL 3 days before the due date or your order will be CANCELLED.
Everyday your final payment is late, an extra $15 will be added each day. (Unless you request more time to pay)

Cancellations & Refund
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
If you cancel 7 days or more in advance, you will receive a store credit equal to the full amount of your order.
Store credit can be used toward any future order and is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Orders cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit, as production and ingredient sourcing may have already begun.
Custom cakes and specialty orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

Pickup & Delivery
If you are picking up your order PLEASE BE ON TIME. We ask that you please RESPECT our time as we RESPECT yours.
If you DO NOT communicate that you will be late, there will be a fee of $25 for NOT being on time.We are NOT held responsible for any accidents that occur to your order once the order has been picked up.
For deliveries, make sure someone is available to receive the order.
